Our company
Ravebo, established in 1973, is a family business that originally functioned as a trading company specializing in products for fluid-gas integration and separation. Over the years, Ravebo has evolved into a global manufacturer of custom industrial gas cleaning systems, venturi systems to improve working conditions, and as a system integrator of analysis equipment for various sectors, including industry, maritime, and offshore. The primary goal of Ravebo's products and services is to promote sustainability by implementing innovative technologies.
Ravebo's headquarters is located near Rotterdam in the Netherlands. The office consists of warehouses and climate-controlled calibration rooms, while a separate building houses a production hall dedicated to stainless steel construction projects. In this setup, we work with a team of expert professionals with diverse expertise, including process technologists, chemical specialists, certified welders, and 3D illustrators. Together, they strive daily to improve workplace safety and minimize harmful emissions.

Ravebo Measurement Department: Expertise in Instrumentation for Dust and Gas Measurements with Customized Solutions.
Our measurement department provides instrumentation for dust and gas measurements. We also offer maintenance services for these products, including calibration and repair. We supply and design customized sampling and analysis systems. Our measurement department also works closely with the PE department. We can provide custom-made Analyzers and instrumentation for our large scrubber installations to optimally monitor processes and measure emissions.

Ravebo: Your Partner in Customized Scrubber Systems and Process Installations for Industrial Emission Reduction
Ravebo provides custom-made scrubber systems (gas scrubbers) for reducing harmful gases and emissions in the industry. We have excellent workshops where construction, welding, and assembly work is carried out for our custom process installations. Additionally, we can utilize gas and dust analyzers to control the installations.
Besides building new installations, we also carry out renovation and optimization of process installations, often performed on-site at the customer's location during a shutdown period.

Specialist in Custom-made Explosion-Proof Industrial Vacuum Cleaners and Pneumatic Venturi Systems
The Madeko department specializes in explosion-proof, pneumatically powered industrial vacuum cleaners that can suck up both solids and liquids. The vacuum cleaners are custom-made according to customer specifications and offer many options for additional features. We also produce pneumatic Venturis and Venturi systems. These systems can be produced entirely to customer specifications and are suitable, for example, for operation in confined spaces. The Venturi Systems are sustainable, powerful, and a safe alternative to the electric fan.

Global Expertise in Calibration and Maintenance of Ship Instruments
The Marine & Offshore department specializes in supplying, calibrating, and measuring instruments aboard ships. We employ our own engineers who are ready 24/7 to board ships around the world to address problems with systems such as the IGG (Inert Gas Generator) or to perform overhauls. We also have a workshop in our office in Brielle where we can carry out calibrations and repair spare parts.
