At Ravebo we believe standing still means falling behind. Hence we’re always working on keeping up to date with the education of our service engineers.
Since Ravebo is an authorized sales & service agent for TankTech, we take the training and education of their systems extremely importantly and treat this as a big part of our obligation of being an official representative. Recently one of our engineers flew to Zagreb, Croatia, to attend a vessel in drydock. The job required service and extension of the existing TankTech X-Mist Water Mist Fire Fighting System. Our engineer attended with a TankTech senior engineer to update his knowledge on these particular installations.
They adjusted the system because an additional section was required on the IGG. The existing switch boxes (located on the bridge, at the pump and at the main control panel) had to be replaced with a copy of the existing box in the IGG section. A new section valve also had to be installed.

After finalizing the above the entire system was tested which included the local sections and the section valves. The X-Mist system was also directly wired to the ships main fire alarm system so that the X-Mist system will automatically activate in case of a fire and immediately start extinguishing.
