One of our engineers recently flew to Riga, Latvia since the Georim GBA-155 15PPM unit required calibration and annual service. The request was urgent since the unit’s certificate was almost expiring, hence we immediately mobilized one of our engineers which took the first next flight available.
Besides the calibration and servicing of the unit, the customer also required a training being given to the crew regarding the proper operation and testing of the unit, retrieving history and maintenance. We at Ravebo believe proper usage and maintenance of equipment does make a big difference and we try to assist and train our customers where possible and required. Our engineer gave the training to several members of crew and also let them perform certain actions themselves.

After finalizing the above, the unit was certified for another year to go, and the crew was instructed how to properly use this type of equipment. Both crew and office were very happy with the provided assistance and quick response on their matter.
