Level gauges are sometimes located on very difficult or dark places. Due to this, accurate reading levels can be almost impossible. Clark Reliance has developed and engineered a unique system for reliable direct-reading of the level gauge for all these situations, and is named the Simpliport 180. The instrument gives you a very clear view of the level, indicated with red led’s for steam and green led’s for water, from any distance within an angle of 180°!

The Simpliport 180 system consits of a stainless steel (304) gauge body, an LED illuminator assembly and a wide angle optic viewing hood assembly. This is a premium gauge is extremely strong and lightweight. For example, the six port model P4006 with 12-5/8'' (321mm) visibility weighs only 16 lbs.
Simpliport gauges are available in visibility lengths from 260mm (10-1/4'') to 1819mm (71-5/8''. In case gauges are required with a longer visibility, these can be manufactured on special request.
With all lengths, gauge ports are tightly spaced for maximum reading accuracy. The latest Simpliport LED illuminators feature high-intensity long life red and green LED lights. These LED's eliminate the traditional red and green glass colour strips. The LED lights have a service life of up to 10 years, which exceeds any traditional incandescent or halogen lamps in the earlier models.
Due to the high quality of the instrument the result is an almost maintenance free level gauge with a high visibility which is suitable for applications up to 206 bar steam pressure. The Simpliport 180 can be used for indoor and outdoor applications, has a low power consumption (<0.1 A at 240 VAC).
